Your guide meets you at Muscat International Airport with a name board and the journey begins with the capital: the Royal Opera House, Mutrah Souq and Qurum Beach. Day two follows the coast to the Bimmah Sinkhole and Wadi Shab, where you hike and swim to the waterfall cave, and ends after dark on the beach at Ras Al Jinz watching green turtles nest. Day three visits the dhow yard in Sur, the pools of Wadi Bani Khalid and the Wahiba Sands, where you sleep at a desert camp under the stars. Day four crosses to Nizwa for its souq and fort and climbs Jabal Akhdar for the terraced villages at 2,000 m before a final night in Muscat. On day five we visit the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, Old Muscat and Bait Al Zubair and drive you to the airport. Four nights, four breakfasts and three dinners, all entrance fees and a private 4WD are included.
